Mission Bay

"Rescue boats and divers working to pull a van out of the water at Mission Bay. The driver hit several cars [evidently in reverse] before plunging down the rocks into Mission Bay jetty. The driver was pulled out by a local recreational diver before the van was totally submerged. Laura and I surfaced near the rescue boats completely unaware of what had happened."
